2. Non-Disclosure & Intellectual Property (IP)
All client scripts, story concepts, character designs, and proprietary dataset assets shared with The Punai Studio are protected under strict bilateral non-disclosure protocols. We do not use client IP to train public or commercial third-party foundation models without express written consent.
3. Data Usage & Dispatch
Submitted form inquiries are securely dispatched to our executive production desk (thepunaistudio@gmail.com) via encrypted Google Cloud Apps Script endpoints. We never sell, rent, or lease contact data to third parties.
